We had a great pleasure to conduct DNA Extraction, PCR and Gel Electrophoresis Workshop successfully at UNISEL Bestari Jaya, Malaysia on 10th January 2019. The workshop was coorganized with local distributor Biosyntech Malaysia Group Sdn Bhd and Hercuvan Lab Systems Sdn Bhd. The workshop aimed to provide an outline of DNA extraction, PCR and gel electrophoresis with various hands on training for the participants. Staffs and students alike without prior experience in the subjects had the opportunity to learn the basic principles and run the experiment themselves. This was a good learning process and would enhance their laboratory or practical experience as well as expand their interests in these fields.
With an overall 42 participants, we were glad to receive a warm welcome from UNISEL Bestari Jaya. We appreciated the chance to not only showcase the abilities of our kits but also interact with users on a more intimate level. Stay tuned for more workshops in 2019!
